Engineer Paulina Blazel started her exciting journey in the renewable energy industry, achieving her first successes in the area of photovoltaics in cooperation with a renowned energy distributor in the Polish market. She later focused her efforts on the dynamic world of heat pumps, honing her skills and gaining extensive knowledge in this area in her role as Product Manager South at Kensol. Her continued personal development that she was promoted to Product Manager Europe, where she continues to be inspired to create innovative solutions for customers across the continent.

Europe Product Manager at Kensol. My involvement in renewable energy traces back to high school, where I acquired technical knowledge in this field, subsequently expanding it with the growth of my career. My experience includes installing and selling renewable energy devices. I started my journey at Kensol as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. With the expansion of my career, I was promoted to the role of Product Manager. Outside of work, new technologies are my passions.
